Only bought my car a few days ago and i noticed when i go around 60-70mph i can hear lot of wind noise around the back windows! It could be the panel between the back and front windows either...?
Is there anyway of stopping this from happening...?
I have a 04 megane cc diesel by the way!

Re: Wind noise when travelling along....??
Are the windows lining up correctly? can you physically see a gap?
Ive not had this issue yet, although mine is not 2 years old yet. Chris on here might be able to throw some imput towards it.....

Re: Wind noise when travelling along....??
Quite possible it is the rear quater light and the front side window not sealing fully, there should be and 8mm +/- 2mm gap all the way up, I get this wind noise now more than usual as I had a dropped door, we lifted it but it left a very small gap in the window seal I seem to have 7mm at the bottom but 11mm at the top so i guess I should have asjusted the rear quater light as well to make a proper seal again.
you are looking at the seal that goes down the rear quater light from roof to rear panel, it makes the seal by pressing on the glass of the front doors.
Look at Wills image above follow the door up past the handle until you get to where the windows should be, now on a closed car you will see the seal carrying on up toward the roof. it is fixed to the rear quater light.
If this looks ok, then with windows closed, inspect the closeure mainly around the roof seals making sure they all fit snuggly into the lip, also pay attention to the rear point of the quarter light as any missalignment shows here as well as a gap which could be letting in air.
Not sure on front window adjustment some say with inner panel off and at the top others say from the bottom of the door through two rubber groments to lift the glass?? not had to do this yet.
Rear Quater light is adjusted via 3 10mm nuts holding the glass to the reg, this is done by removing the rear inside trim and poping out the 3 large rubber plugs, beware when adjusting NOT to nip them up to tight, other wise you may well hear that expensive "cracking" sound which indicates NEW REAR QUTERLIGHT GLASS, do a search on here for rear quater light removal I wrote quite an indepth guide on how to get at the rear reg, you only need to do three quarters of it as you are just adjusting the glass, as said don't over tighten these nuts. you don't get a massive amount of movment but you don't ned it really just enough to juggle it around a bit until it fits nicely!

Theres no gap that i can see and its not letting water in!
I found if i let all the windows down and then put them all back up the wind noise stops
Every time i have a passenger getting into the car i have to do this all the time if i want the noise to stop.!
not to big of a problem do so its okay ha!
