SPORT TOURER LEXUS LIGHTS

Just bought an 06 Megane Sport Tourer in silver and love it.

I think that chrome Lexus style tail lights would look great instead of the standard ones, but I can't seem to find them listed for Tourer anywhere.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
