Window Regulator

anyone got a preferred ebayer/site to buy regulators from?
drivers window dropped when i got home. got it back up via battery disconnect method so i know the motor is fine. not took door panel off to inspect damage yet.

I picked up a rear one for £70 from 247spares.something

The old one is still in the garage awaiting inspection, and I no longer have the car. Personally, I doubt if there is much wrong with it - probably just has water in (in my case I jet washed the car...) causing corrosion. I've heard from dealerships that they unwrap the insulation and dry them out with heat.

Getting the door panel off is a real bitch as the regulator is bolted to the panel.

I thought Renault had extended the warranty for window regs to 7 years? All they make you pay is fitting which is around £70 if I remember rightly.

Its gone up to 7 years?! Last time I checked it was 4. More the merrier!
