P0685- bad starting

My 04 megane 1.5dci is difficult to start when cold it turns over and fires but will not run.
Once started it runs fine but the service light and check injection display are on.
A diagnostic code P0685 shows on a OBDII but i can find no discription or diagnosis.
Any suggestions please
