Err CD message when inserting a Cd

Hi before i phone the garage tomorrow - only had this since monday - when i insert a cd ( have tried both shob bought and home burned ) it says Load CD then changes to ERR CD and then spits it out. The radio works absoutely fine, the unit is the standard RadioSat i expect was installed.

Any ideas? The manual simply says the disc may be faulty but they play fine on anything else.

got it repaired from dealer so all good now
