Re: Size of rear speakers?!
Has anyone come up with a solution to fitting bigger ones in there?
Read it on here before but cant find the thread.
You cant really notice the rears when they've been changed with the pioneer replacements. A good set of 17cm speakers would be better.
Might have a look at mounting some wooden baffles into the void behind the rear card and screw the speakers to it.
Hmmm got my thinking cap on now.

Perspex sheeting backed with foam may be a better idea than wood.

Re: Size of rear speakers?!
I got abit of sheet metal, reasonably thick, lazer cut allowing the speaker to be held and attached to the rusting holes, it's a ring in the center, smaller one to fit to the original fittings and then a larger ring arround that to fit to the larger speaker, I will take some pics if I get chance, need to fit the 2nd one so I can photo when I do that..

Re: Size of rear speakers?!
Hmm suppose that would work better.
Will strip out the back again one day and have a nosy.
Dont sit in the back anyway, its only for passenger amusement.
I just got another quote for doing my exhaust btw from two differnt companies, and the email is literally exactly the same! One of them is just more expensive!! Really weird.
