What is it used for?

Postby steve.moody » Fri Jul 30, 2010 11:17 pm

Hi,

Only a tiny question, but something I've always wondered

What the three grooves were for on inside bit of the rear arm rest.

I know the two front circular bits are shallow cup holders, and the bit in the centre to be used as a table, but haven't worked out what the grooves are for in the top part, pens maybe? but i can't get any to fit and stay in place.

Here is a picture of the part I am talking about:

Does anyone know?

Thanks
Steve

No, the megane plate isn't standard. They are sold with other bits like this on eBay.fr I'm tempted to buy one i think they are held in place by sticky backing.

Thanks for the replies.

So a Polish man has laser cut 16 gauge stainless brush finished panel infringing all kinds of copyright issues glued to the back seat of his car to make it look like - well what? How often do you drive your car and look over your shoulder at the brilliance of that part?! It's made for gangsters!
Silver 08 plate 5dr 1.5dci Dynamique 106 Tech Run (re-mapped)

Red 03 plate 5dr 1.9 Dynamique dci120

Best advice for Megane owners: sell it before it bankrupts you!
