front bumper grills....
does anyone know how to remove the grills in the front bumper from the bumper for painting? i.e the black plastic bit where the fog lights fit and above .

The top to bits just pull out.
The bottom is secured by screws. The only way to get to these is to remove the whole bumper.
Use the search this has been well documented with pictures.
