radio continually beeping

hi
my radio is continualy beeping while music is beeing played. the music stops a beep is herd then the music continues and this happens every 5 seconds and then after about 5 mins it shows up 0000 and i enter the radio code and it says "others" then nothing else happens until i press the on/off button twice and it goes off then comes back on and music is playing again and also the beeping noise.

also if i enter the wrong code it just says code and doesnt let you do anything else until you turn it on and off and then music plays and also beeping.

hope someone can help.

sorted it now. after entering the code when others showed help number 6 a few times till it went through a menu and then everything is back to normal.
