The question would be why you would bother?

I would rather have an onboard lite pc with a 3G / wimax card for web on the go.

Its a pretty simple thing to do all you need is an invertor and something to display the picture be it center screen, sun visor screens, head rest screens ect.

Mounting bracks can be bought from ebay or make one.

Just for the kids really. Have read up on the PC route but for ease with the kids would be a console as they know how to use it and play games. Know I can set it up now loose in the car but wondered if anyone had done a more professional job of fitting one so I could get some idea's.

As i dont have nippers i hadnt thought of that! That a fair response.

Im sure it wouldnt be to hard to fabricate a bracket to attach in the passanger foot weld and route cables form there to the head rests.

Alternativly brackets can be bought for 'in car consoles' from the likes of ebay. Not to mention cable extension as you may require.

You will need an invertor to boost 12V DC to 240V AC £30 - £90 depending on quality.

It has been extensivly disscused on this website. have a gander...

its great for days out if i cba driving or playing on the way home from a night out or the winter nights in the car park.

Id rather do it in the house. Theres a 52" pioneer there for the privilage.

7"/12" screen games dont really give me any interest.

Any how get the photos up!!!
