We're all mugs!

Postby Liggy » Sat Jan 23, 2010 2:30 pm

I was just having a look at all the various problems people are having, and I came to the above conclusion.....

We're all bloody mugs!

My sister has a Volkswagen Golf, my Mum has a Vauxhall Astra, my Dad has a Citroen C4 Picasso.......and not once have any of them had a problem!

Why are Megane's so crap, despite being a lovely looking car, and nice to drive?

Thoughts anyone?

The answer to your question is on forums for the cars you named. All of them have problems. :) Just like meganes. The thing is that people who drive cars without problems don't visit forums to search for solutions. :)

I had a Golf GTi before my Megane, which I bought brand new and had no end of problems with it. Reliability wise it's one of the worst cars I ever owned. I would never ever buy another VW. And their customer services was atrocious unlike Renault which up to now have been brilliant! My Megane,on the other hand, is one of the most reliable cars I've ever owned ( touch wood). It's done 96000 miles in just over 4 years and all that has gone wrong is one window regulator, which due to the high mileage Renault paid for 80% of the cost. So, no, I (so far) don't consider myself to be a mug. :-)

Best thing to do is go on the Golf, Arsetra, and Picasso forums then tell us how reliable they are!
