Radio Not Working In The Cold

Hi. I have a 07 Megane CC and the radio has totally died. On/off switch wont work. I have read that there is a common issue when cold that this can happen and this happened when temperatures fell to -6C . Am I right in saying the easiest cure is to remove the fuse, wait a little while and then replace again? If so - can you tell me which fuse is the correct one to remove? Thanks
