Sled + Audi Quattro

Postby Paddy » Thu Jan 07, 2010 7:40 pm

Well our roads were thick white today so what did we do...

We got our sleds out and borrowed my uncles Quattro.. The sleds attached with rope to the tow bar.. Perfect motor for the job!

I havent had as much fun with my briches up! Talk about sideways!!

Well untill we hit a speed bum and went flying!

Ah the banter was mighty!!!

Best advice for Megane owners: sell it before it bankrupts you!

When i was a kid "growing up" in the North East the snow was regular every year.
One of the highlights was waiting at junctions on iced up side streets, when a car stopped we'd run out grab the back bumper and get towed along the street.
Immense fun had by all. I also remember my brother getting caught doing it by my dad :D
Possibly still to this day the maddest i've ever seen him.
So glad i was stood at the side of the road "telling" my brother not to be so stupid!!!!!
"Why can't you be sensible and think like your older brother" was a regular phrase used to my little brother :-)

I have also seen fellas grab the bumper of a car on iced road and spin it through 180. The driver is suddenly facing the wrong way and no idea what to do.

I think this was a vide on live leak.

Godd fun by all!
