what oil should i buy for my car

Hi i'm not very good with cars, so i was wondering if anyone could tell me what oil to buy for my 1.5 dci megane.

I used Castrol Magnatec Diesel 10W/40 (semi-synthetic) in my last 1.5dCI. Available at Halfords - plus you can get advice at Halfords or from their website. The Halfords website shows Castrol Edge Turbo Diesel 5W-40 (fully synthetic) for the dCI Megane.

Check the oil specs in the owners manual and it will show you the specification codes, these codes are also displayed on the oil containers.

Silver 08 plate 5dr 1.5dci Dynamique 106 Tech Run (re-mapped)

Red 03 plate 5dr 1.9 Dynamique dci120

Best advice for Megane owners: sell it before it bankrupts you!
