Speedo stays lit up!! Help!

Hi all, thanks for all your help last time. Since then I have replcaed, cam sensor, crank sensor, both front abs sensors, and replaced a couple of blown fuses!
Every thing seems ok, but now it says electrical fault!, think the code is p0530. The only problem I can see is that the speedo stays lit up even when the car is locked! Any one got any ideas? I have checked all fuses, and checked the fuse box near the battery, and it is dry as a bone. I have read on some links and and think it could have something to do with it having a new window screen fit?
The megane is a 2003 1.6 dynamique with 72,000.

The only reference I can find for p0530 is 'A/C Refrigerant Pressure Sensor "A" Circuit'. Probably total bollocks, but might be worth checking if the A/C works.

Ah, that makes sense, aircon has no gas in! so thats that code solved. Any ideas for the speedo staying lit up? thanks

Hmmm... the wiring diagram suggests that the interior multiplex module and a/c systems are linked. The lack of refrigerant may be messing with the 'brain'. Make sure the a/c switch is off. When you get it re-gassed the problem with the speedo light might just go away.. Worth a shot since you need to fix the a/c before the lack of lubrication buggers up the compressor.
