Update: Front freshened up

Postby mcmurr4y » Wed Sep 16, 2009 9:02 pm

Haven't been on here in months.

Bit of a change at the front to freshen things up.

Black badges and tinted headlights and fogs. Decent pics to come soon when I get it cleaned.

Didnt really inform anybody. Just bought a few sheets of laminx and some satin black paint and did it. :D

Makes such a difference IMO to the front of the car. Looks a lot more moody or something. 8)

Going to spend all day saturday polishing and waxing it then take some proper pics before winter and the gritters set in.

Cheers mate.

Haven't the money to be throwing loads at the car. Keeping it clean and on the road for another while is all I've planned for it in the future.

It's just a 'no claims bonus' earner at the minute for me so no point wasting a fortune on it.

And the lamin-x was easier to do than I thought. Watched a few vids on youtube showing how to do it. Turned out pretty well as I took my time. :D
