Poor radio reception - Renault Megane

Hi, not sure if anyone can help here ... I have a 5 year old Megane and over the past 6 months
the radio reception has become unbearable to the extent that I can no longer listen to it. I have taken the radio out
and reseated the aeriel, removed the roof aerial and reseated that to no avail

get your self a DAB car radio and a roof mounted aerial then your sorted, i tend to find that bee sting aerials give poor reception

I had this only last week. at the rear on the right hand side under the side panel where the alarm sensors are
there is a plug for the aerial mine had come out put it back together and some tape on it radio is now perfect
