dash display says mono cd when cd playing

whenever i put a cd on in the megane before it goes to track number it says mono cd

the music certainly seems to be in stereo, the cd's i'm playing have all been created from my media library on the pc

have not tried any pre-recorded but can't see how it can say mono cd before it has even started to play

Mono means 'single', as in the single disk cd player HU, once you have the multitune point of 6-disk cd changer installed and connected to the HU, it will show '6 CD' once the cd changer source is selected!

Dont think it has anything to do with stereo or mono output!

thanks for that' thought my computer was doing me out of stereo, my o5 megane never did that that's why i asked
