What Oil?

Car is telling me to change the Oil but what do you recommend?

According to Mercedes, these are good (MB229.3 and higher):

and these are very good (MB229.5):

Opieoils give a discount to our members.

The corresponding Renault specs are RN0700. Three known examples are Shell, Elf and Motul, see
viewtopic.php?f=6&t=7943

The dealers use nasty stuff...

Get the OEM filter (use Purflux web site for reference). Search the web to understand how bad the aftermarket filters can be.
