Not come across that one. Had mine nearly a month now and the radio and all lights inside go off when locked for sure

Re: Radio display
I disconnected my Alpine and steering control adaptor, and was still on.....so plugged in the Renault Tunerlist and the display showed code, and still wouldnt switch off, so disconnected display and reconnected, and its stayed off.
So unknown whats caused the problem, but have bought a Dension gateway 300, and impressed so far.

Re: Radio display
yes ive had this with aftermarket stereo (sony) it turned out to be that if the hearter blower is on 1 the display dont go off but on any other etting eg 2,3,4 or off, the display goes off when locking the car, i had the box at the back of stereo so i could still use steering controls tho,
changed back to standard stereo now

Re: Radio display
Is the Gateway 300 any good? Does it show the track info on the display?
Thanks

Re: Radio display
Thought I would bring this post back. Fitted the Alpine back in over a week ago, then last night on a chocolate run to the local shop......the display stayed on, so made sure that the heater fan was off still on, so disconected the display, and it went off.
Thought that was it, then I went and checked on my wifes car walked past mine and pressed the boot switch, to make sure it was locked and went in house, 30 mins later noticed the interior light was on, so went out locked car....pressed boot switch again and interior lights came on.
Does anyone have any idea, what the problem is. or even know if interior lights ligthing up is actually a feature.
