megane cc windows

Hi i have changed my megane 3 dr hatch for a megane cc, But i have noticed that the cc windows don`t have the one touch facility on any window, also when i deadlocked the old car the windows would close but on the cc nothing happens when its locked, the old car was a dynamique and the new one is a privilege so i would have thought the higher spec car would come with these features. is this the case for all megane convertibles or do i have a problem with mine
