Complete respray

OK, now this will probably never happen, but curiosity has got the better of me...

Has anyone had a complete respray of a CC (or Saloon too I guess... I assume prices will be comparable)?

It's just I knocked this little picture up and I'd love to know how much I'd have to save up if I were to indulge my fantasy?

...and I did a colourise job on my actual car but as she is Silver now (as per reflection), the effect isn't as good. Still, she looks lovely...

Oh yes, long held dream to have a real oh-my-Goodness, head turning Purple Car.

So... returning to my original question... any ideas on a price for a total respray?

Here's a couple more ideas... now tell me that either of these paint jobs wouldn't turn heads.

Of the two, I prefer the yellow, but worry that I'd come in for a load of "did you leave your car parked when they painted the double yellow lines?" jokes.

I think for a good job, a full respray would cost you around £2000. When it comes to a paint job you get what you pay for. check out https://www.avoncustom.com. I've used them in the past and would really recommend them. You can ring them for more accurate qoutes.

Well, it's such a huge extravagance now I see how much it could cost, I'd need a minor lottery win to justify blowing 2 Grand on a paint job. I might look into some decals though as a cheaper option and, hopefully, one that wouldn't kick me in the ass for resale value.

have you not thort about colour coding your bumpers then? or possibly 225 bumpers? easy mod to do and get some big wheels on.
