How to remove the front bumper insert?

I would like to remove the front bumper inserts to be able to respray them.

Does anyone know these can be removed? I've tried, but haven't had any succes so far... :sad

However, looking at p.51, I'me afraid it's still not clear to me how the bumper inserts can be removed. Are you sure it's in there described?

I only know what I see in this page. Looks like the clips "I" hold it in place. In any case, it is a bumper-off job, you'll see everything once it is removed.

That's a shame, so it cannot be removed without taking off the bumper then? ' :sad

Now I know why it did'nt come loose.
