Ok it's a 2004 megane sport tourer, the missing part is the little plastic ball with a slit in (looks like a you know what)
It directs the water on to the headlamps, one has flew off.

I remember two years ago I had the same part missing, and I asked the garage to replace it during its service, the thieves charged me 30 euro for the part and 45 for the installation.
Needless to say I won't let history repeat itself.
