All of the other plates on the DVLA's website that start J80 RD# are £250 inc. VAT and the £80 transfer fee.
I would not like to put a figure on how much you should ask for it but remember to take into account the costs the potential buyer will inccur.
Why don't you put a reserve on it and see what happens?
