WOULD YOU COME TO A MEGANE MEET......??

You know,i'd love to start up a local meet,but as your thinking,who's going to sort things out,if it's a meet then there can't really be a charge,unless you put more into it,in that case it becomes a club,think were lucky enough to have all this & other peoples infomation at our fingertips....i'm in the northwest,so if anybody want to put something together,then i'm in,then lets get a meet going?....

The World Series by Renault (WSR) event at Donnington is worth a punt for a meet. Its usually in September and you can register for free tickets at https://www.worldseriesbyrenault.com/ but they are not yet released - keep an eye out. Its worth going for a free days motorsport spectating even if its not a meet.
The last but one was a meet of both the CC forum people and this one - 11 CCs and 3 hatches turned up - pix are available on https://www.meganecc.com
The last one was posted as a meet but no-one seemed bothered. I went anyway and had a cracking day.

I'd be interested in a meet. Be good to compare mods and ice installations etc. Probably come away with a few ideas for your own Megane.

I think we should set up a few meets for later in the summer, or maybe set up a few regional sub forums on the site, worked pretty well on the forums i was on when I had my ZR. What does everybody think ?

there are renault meets across the country for various other models. i usually end up with the renaultsportsclub lot as they are for any renault and are not model specific. theya re also a top bunch of people

well seems the poll is over now - but yes id go to a meet.

i go regularly on MeganeSport - we have midlands meets (and lots of others). MS owners have encouraged other forums to attend - not sure there has been much of a taking though from other forums?

i was trying to work out who lived near to me? as seems there are a lot of members here who are regulars but also lots who are inactive members also?

Hi,
Yes i would love to attend a Megane meet.I believe there is somebody on the site that is trying to arrange a cc meet. I have a Renault Megane Privilage 2004.Which i purchased last month, so not sure if this comes into the category or not as its a 1.9 turbo diesel dci. Please could someone help or advise. Also there is a list for names which i cannot seem to find in forum home page.
