It's simple, easy to do and possibly of enormous benefit to many if not all of us.
As I see it the one section that could really make a difference is "My Renault Feedback" particularly for those of us (and there are many) who are having problems with our cars and dealers etc...
You can post all your comments on here about everything to do Renault ownership, good, bad and down right shambolic!
If Renault use it for quality assurance of it's products and services (which is what I think they have set it up for) then all things Renault should start to improve. After all it's us (joe public) that will benefit in the end.
Or is this just me on one again?
