squealing sound

hiya, just tried locking the car, and suddenly there was this very high pitched squealing, which wen i walked around the car, seemed to be loudest from underneath the rear passenger wheel arch.

When i unlock the car the squealing stops


any ideas guys ( and gals)

that'll be your alarm.
It normally squels like that when there's a problem. usually one of the sensors is blocked by something in your car.

or sometimes its because one of the doors or boot is not closed properly

ahh i see, just checked now and the bonnet was on the catch as been valeting my car since 7:30am lol, cheers for the advice
