JD POWER SURVEY - megane in bottom 10

Hi all
just saw the latest jd power survey ...the megane in the bottom 10 ! is it really that bad . had mine 6 weeks and yes its got to go the garage but only cos the intermitant wipers dont work but as ive read on this site this seems quite common but is it really that bad . i think the equipment and the drive is very good...what do you all think?
