sony at argos

I'm not sure if it is compatible or not with the Renault changer, it looks like it has the right connector so maybe. I don't have a changer to try unfortunately.
[UPDATE]
OK I found the pin outs of the Renault CD change connnector which are:
1, 2, 4 and 10 = GND
3 = SPDIF output (to HU)
5 = CD UART +
6 = not connected
7 = 12V switched (from HU)
8 = 12V permanent
9 = CD UART -
Doesn't look as though it is compatible because the Sony has analogue inputs for the audio whereas the CD changer provides digital.
Don't forget that it plays MP3s so you can get ten albums or so on a disc

Got the unit from Argos, just as described, however I can't withdraw the current radio, it comes out about 2-3cm and is then held back by the rear left -hand corner, where I assume the connections are.
Am I right in thinking that I should be able to withdraw it fully so that I can unclip the connections and remove it. If I am right I suspect I'm looking at a session of dash dismantling.

Given it more than that! the only way I could pull harder would to to put my feet on the dash either side! Haven't got the tray as there is a cd changer there & I don't have the right type of key to get that out, it feels as if a cable is caught or snagged.
Looks like a pain of a job to try to get to ity from above as the surround would have to come off & the Haynes manual claims that two of the securing screws are accessed after the radio comes out! although I can't see them.
A job for a day when I'm feeling patient & the waether is good.

No, you want this one: https://www.argos.co.uk/webapp/wcs/store ... ms=5004269
Don't worry about the one in the picture at Argos. Everyone else who's bought one has got the GT30RN.
