passenger window not working

passenger window not working

hi my passenger window is not working... i pressed the button on drivers side and the passenger side in question but still no luck... i cant hear the motor clicking either(which i can on the other 3 windows when the button is pressed) so does that mean i need a new WINDOW MODULE? 06 PLATE GRAND SCENIC 1.5DCI thx jon

Either the motor or Termic module (controls the motor).
