heater blowers

hi my wifes heater blowers only work on settings 1/2/3 but not 4??? what could the fault be pls?? 55 plate renault megane oasis

You need to change the heater blower resistor wiring loom easy to do it's about £7 off ebay all you do cut the wiring and join new loom. I replaced mine because no4 stopped working you have to remove glove box which is only 4/5 screws.On youtube there are a few videos showing how to do it

Doesnt the resistor only work for 1-3, 4 draws power direct from battery?

No idea but the old connector was burnt so replaced and all fine.pull connector out and have a look see if there is any signs of burning.
