Hi ive been having this problem for about 3 weeks now.
Car started fine i was sat for about 5 mins just warming up car was ideling away fine then it cut out tried to start turned over but wouldnt fire up. So heres a list of what ive done since.
Changed Crank sensor
car now starts up every time but will not idle
Changed Cahm sensor
no different
swaped out fuse box as found melted wire
now unless car is running above 1000 revs cuts out.
new battery
still the same.
Anyone shed any light on this as there is no error codes or warnings.

Strange you have no error codes, what are you using to check?
Now I'm only putting ideas here and I ain't no expert but:
Loose wire? Causing immediate cutout to ECU and no recording of error.
Did the car startup fine before you changed the crank sensor?
Have you double checked the wiring to the fuse box? Also wires don't melt of their own accord, what caused this?
Under normal circumstances I would also suspect a vacuum leak but like I said I am no expert and am only really starting out on my car repair learning journey!

Which fuse was the melted wire for? Had the fuse blown?
Maybe something,(fuel pump possibly) is drawing too much current.

Sorry, insufficient data.
According to Haynes wiring diagram (Which have just made me realise I need glasses!) ----
The fuel pump has a yellow wire , the level sensor has orange and brown. Beyond that I don't know
What was the fuse number or label?
Have you checked with an OBD2 module for codes?
