Rear Electric Windows dont work

Hi

Neither of the rear electric windows work in my megane 2 hatch. The Temic units are ok. Has anyone got a wiring diag for these or is there a switch or relay that is supposed to provide power to both?

Bit daft maybe, but... Did you check the child lockout switch in the drivers door's switch panel isn't in locked position?

I'd try the fuse as a 1st option

I didnt realise there was a fuse for the rear alone. Cheers I will check that

Yes if the fuse blows it stops both rears working

Hi

I checked the 40A fuse and its ok. There is 12V there. There is not 12V at the main wires going into the Temic Unit. The window isolator switch aseems to remove the ground that is the signal for commanding Up ior Down. I cant see a reason why there wont be 12V at the Temic Unit connector. I got Ebay cct diags but the wire colours of the car are all black with a colour thin strip. This is not the case in the wiring. I am at a loss!

Have the same problem , traced it to a block connector under passenger seat called R2 , badly corroded , have a replacement but still have to wire it in .
