Replacement part number

Hello,

I have read out my Megane II dCi 1.5 2006 and keep on getting error P0120 throttle sensor error. I had one occassion on a very cold day that probably the throttle sensor did not function well. I could not drive. Therefore I want to replace this sensor (including pedal). I have taken out the pedal yesterday and found number '82 00 153 270 --B' on the sensor. Some sensors that I see do not have the --B on it. Would it be possible to use a sensor without the --B mark or would that not work?
