Megane dci 2004 dashboard

Hi all strange thing has happend last night as you all know radio reception Is crap on this cars so I bought a autoleads Ariel I got it all plugged in black wire to aerial red to power then earthed it to bare metal put stereo back in got out of car locked then when to go shop put card in no lights on dashboard no display on top of dashboard no speedo no rev counter. All lights work inductors work but don't click. The break lights work but stereo doesn't work aswell. I can't work out what's gone wrong I haven't cut any wires iam lost.

youve obviously tripped something within the ignition as The red wire is linked to ignition for aerial to work when car switched on.. be blown fuse somewhere.
