I have not seen any mention of this, but you could search threw the manuals that are posted on the forum

Yes
Remove the rear interior panels and you will see 3 large rubber gromets remove them inside there is a 10mm nut, slacken all 3 and the glass and be moved in all directions to get a good seal, make sure the roof is on whilst making the adjustments other wies you will end up with them to high.
Sounds a silly thing to say but easilly overlooked (done it!)
