The garages would tell you its impossible to fit the clutch the wrong way round, but I read on the LuK website that it is indeed a possibility.
Don't overlook the fact that the new parts themselves could be faulty. I had mine done back in April (clutch, dmf, and csc). The first 'new' dmf looked like it had previously been mounted (not used, just mounted) so the mechanic didn't want to risk using that and ordered a replacement. The clutch slip AFTER the car was 'repaired' though, was worse. Further tests showed a hydraulic fault, so the csc was changed again as well as the clutch just for good measure. At this point, the master cylinder was also changed as the spring had snapped.
