RADIO CHANGE?

Hey, not so much a problem but I bought a 1.4 petrol 2004 megane a few weeks ago and it has a cassette player... I want to put a CD player into it, will any CD player I buy from the likes of Halfords fit? and is there any possible way of keeping the radio controls on the wheel?

Yes will fit in standard DIN hole
Standard wiring
You will need to buy a remote adaptor box online ie connects2 or incartec
As you had a cassette player do you have the centre dash display?

Remote adaptor box for the CD player to work? or for the wheel controls to work.. yeah has the centre dash display.

Well im gona buy a CD player which has an mp3 jack... but ive a sh1t load of awesome CD's so yeah...big into music

Do you have a lidl locally? they have a cd player for £30.
If you want steering wheel control to work requires an additional box
Power & speakers are an ISO block

hello, even if you do buy the adaptor you will only be able to adjust the volume from the steering wheel, not the radio or the cd. also the onboard screen will only project the time and temperature, not the station or track number.

Wrong sorry but you can use it to change source from radio to cd volume track ect
If you use sony it will display details on dash display too
