Fitting AirBag steering wheel silver ring

Does anyone knows where to find that silver ring around the Renault sign on the steering wheel such as this:



I don't know that in UK, but they started to come as standard in brazilian Megane's as of 2008, but my local dealer only sells the "whole" airbag assembly that fits on the steering wheel and already comes with this silver ring...

You can't buy the ring separately - its a part of the airbag unit. Even if you could buy it, it wouldn't fit as the 'ring' on the older airbag is wider. I've tried covering mine with vinyl wrap but I couldn't get a perfect circle so took it off. Just going to buy the airbag at some point - it's fitted to 2006 (phase 2) cars onwards here in the UK, although, interestingly enough, NOT to all variants - some still use the old style airbag (I've been to see a few for a friend).
