Installing a tomtom into dash??

Out of curiosity has anyone modified the dash where the clock is and managed to put a tomtom there on a megane cc mk2.

There is a polish chap that has installed a touch screen version of it on a hatch back. (I saw a picture on google).

I was thinking of doing the same but I think it is a complete custom job, but don't quote me on that.
