I have just bought a car with a roof defect...
The problem is that rear plastic shelf (behind rear passenger headrests) is not pushed to the end after roof opening procedure is finished. If i will pushed this shelf-it will goes down (there is nothing under it because there is no resist when i pushed it) but when i will take my hand back this lid will go up again as you can see on the pict....
I'm attaching a pictures where you can see the problem.
I have found a 2 cords with regulation screws but the range of regulation is very small and changing the position of screws does not fix anything.
Probably because of this problem also rubber seals at the end of this plastic shelf are broken and missed. I can buy a new plastic shelf but i dont think that just replacing this will solve the problem....
On https://www.cabriault.com/meganecc/index_uk.htm i have found information that responsible for opening this shelf is a spring.... but i'm not sure if i understand correctly and how it can change anything....

The rear cover lid is guided by a complex set of cables and springs. I lubricated these with silicone spray too. The springs that flip the lid up and down are quit deep inside. The easiest way to locate them is to have someone else operate the roof while you look inside at the same time. By using a spray can with a little extentioner you can reach the springs more easily. After this action the lid now always comes up slowly, instead of jumping out. "
