rear sill cover?
Get my Megane on Monday and one of the little covers was missing and noticed alot of stone chipping around this area. Where can i get these replacement covers and what are they actually called
Re: rear sill cover?
Good question. Whereabouts are you describing? Front wheel arch? Rear wheel arch? Some other place? Your dealership should be able to identify it if you show it to the parts department. They print out exploded diagrams such as can be found in the sticky thread at the top of the problems forum (online pdf manuals).
If you are talking about the small hatchways in the front section of the front wheel liners, then its omission is a bad sign. It is a major cause of electrical issues on the left hand side (nearside in the UK). However, it doesn't sound like you are describing this part.... Take a photo and show us if all else fails...

Silver 08 plate 5dr 1.5dci Dynamique 106 Tech Run (re-mapped)
Red 03 plate 5dr 1.9 Dynamique dci120
Best advice for Megane owners: sell it before it bankrupts you!

Re: rear sill cover?
where a side skirt would meet the beggining of the rear arch (but i have no side skirts) on one side i have a small colour coded piece of plastic the size of my hand. On the other side i dont i asked the guy im buying the car from and he said you may get them from Ren dealer. The side that doesnt have one is badly stone chipped so im guessing its a guard for this

Re: rear sill cover?
I thought they were transparent.
£17 sounds a lot for some sticky backed plastic.
I'd be searching Ebay for some clear protective film and making a template from your one remaining side (then reversing the image of course).

Something like this ~
