Front sus drivers side noise.

Hey all who read.

Im driving a late 2005 megane sport 225. since i bought it 6 months ago it has had a wierd rumbling noise coming from the front sus drivers side. this noise only happens when it travels over rough bumpy roads and also when i hit cats eyes on the motorway.

Anybody had a problem like this? im hoping to do the fix myself. not a money issue more a hobby (done abit of work on cars for some years now with my old man) and if you have was hoping you could point me in the right direction please.
