4 stud to a 5 stud?? 225 Megane!

Hiya I own an 04 Megane cc and I was wondering if I bought the hubs off a 225 that was in a scrapyard would I be able to use the 5 stud hubs on my 4 stud Megane? Just wanted to know because there arnt Many nice 4 stud alloys for my car?

if you want 19inch alloys just get some with 4x100 with 35 offset.

Would a 18inch rim, that's also 9inchs wide fit on my megane??
The wheels are off an Audi tt!
