Problem with your Megane? Can't find an answer? Workshop manuals and technical notes are in here.

Loss of certain dashboard / radio functions.

Postby AndyWardle » Fri Jul 22, 2011 1:12 pm

Hi everyone, as you can prob see I'm new to the group. I have a problem with my Megane 1.5 dci (2003). I got to work this morning and everything was fine, but when I got out the car I didn't quite shut the door properly and didn't know until I left work.

Anyway, since then the radio doesn't automatically turn on any more, or off for that matter, but will work by pressing the power button. The lights for the A/C and rear window heater do not work, and the dimmer switch for the dashboard no longer works, oh, and the light around the ignition card slot doesn't work any more.

Any ideas? I've heard rumours about fuse 15. Is that a likely cause?

Thank you
