Firstly i would like to say hi to everyone and what a great forum this is.i have just bought a renault megane 2.2dci vel satis which i have to say is the most comfortable and luxurious car i have owned, my question is are these a rare car as i have never seen another and after searching ebay and the likes i cant find another .also what is a good price for this car on a 52 plate with 69,000 miles .

there are a few on auto trader, looking at the prices and mileage /age anything between £3000 and £4500 I would say....

I have owned three, and about to buy my fourth. Fantastic cars, although when things go wrong, they go very wrong.

Yours is probably worth realistically around £2500. But they're a very hard car to price, and the 2.2 dCi isn't the best engine for them. My last one had 85,000 and cost me £500! Needed a new turbo and was on the road, with a full years MOT for £800. Bargain!
