hey my megane is due a set of brake pads,
been thinking off putting greenstuff pads in instead of renaults own,
had anyone else used green stuff on them megane and what they like?

No, I bleed brakes every year...
I would describe the feel of GreenStuff as smooth-progressive-secure. There is less of on/off feeling and no fading. It is always good to have more control in the process of braking.
It makes little difference for normal driving in the UK, but somewhere in mountains on a serpentine road one would appreciate this characteristic. Imagine, overtaking downhill, braking sharply just before the bend, braking gently in the bend to prevent understeer, then accelerating again to the next bend...

Yes, I will. Furthermore, our former rally driver LGC (Antmat at Parker's) recommended these pads in his early messages, which unfortunately disappeared due to the database crash.
He also warned me against changing the rear pads only, which may upset the balance under braking. So, I've installed GreenStuff all around.
