All soft tops, rag tops, convertibles, etc etc are renowned for having a bit of a wobbly bottom and a certain amount of "fluidity" in the chassis when the roof is a million stars!
It's to do with the weight distribution, rigidity of the body panels and other highly complicated (waaaayyyy beyond my understanding) design features.
In a nut shell no roof = waggy arse. My long gone Volvo T5 C50 had a seriously temperamental rear axle when driving in a "joyful" and "spirited" manner
I find now in the CC it's two different driving styles "roof up" and "roof down".
Still who cares! So long as you stick within the legal requirements it shouldn't cause you any problems. On the track however
