The hole placement is correct at 4x100 (thats 4 holes with 100mm between hole centers)
They do not say what Renault they are off so the offset could be wrong (how far in/out the wheel sits from its center)
The tires are incorrect size speedo will read slow and trip computer will be wrong

She says they were upgrades on a Renault Modus. Would I be able to adjust the computer according to what tyres I put on, or is it best to buy different tyres for them?

I really like the wheels, I've been looking for something in that style. But if you think it's a bad idea, let me know before I put an offer in .

correcting computer is dealer only if they admit they can do it
better of to adjust tire size to get correct rolling diameter
205 55 r16 205 50 r 17 ect
look on net for tire size converter lots out there
